While observing the task list users can instantly plan their agenda or assign tasks to teammates by simply dragging and dropping them onto the Calendar or other users on the My Team list.

Users can organize their task list with the mouse and put what they want to do first at the top of the list. There’s no need to label tasks with priority marks, because this effective and simple interface allows users to sort tasks personally, as they would do in real life.

HiTask provides different task grouping modes, such as: Date, Projects, Color and User. Date grouping presents tasks according to the date the task is due to be completed. Projects allows users to lay out consecutive tasks together or group tasks in categories. User grouping shows assigned and received tasks from different HiTask users. And Color grouping is arbitrary color coding that users are free to utilize as they wish.

Using the My Team feature users can bring together the members of their team to assign and receive tasks. Users can discuss assignments in the “chatroom” located directly below the My Team box.
