To delete task or project open it for editing by clicking task text or project title. Then you will see the "Delete" button.

Use drag handle located to the right from project name. Grab it with your mouse and drag up/down where you want project to move.

You cannot modify tasks assigned to other person. This is to avoid confusion for user who received the assigned task.

Nobody will see your projects or tasks until you assign task to that person (drag task and drop it on teammate)

Your tasks are not shared by default. You need to explicitly assign task to other person.
Sharing of complete projects will be available in HiTask Business version. You will be able to upgrade to HiTask Business when it will come out.

There is a "Feed to" bar under your task list. It has "Printer" icon. Click on it to print your tasks in various layouts!

Just click on Settings link on top of the screen when you log into HiTask. On Settings screen you can adjust your preferences such as Date and Time format, week starting day.

While you are editing, look for "Recurring" selection below the dates. And birthdays are automatically set to yearly so you don't need to set that.
Please note that "recurring" option will not appear until you set the start date.

You can send meeting item to team member by dropping it on their name in contact list.
